Curry Sauce — Most Popular Indian Food Recipe

Ingredients used:

4 oz ghee

4 lbs finely chopped onions

2 tsp cumin seeds

2 tsp salt

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp tomato puree with 4 tbsp water (well -mixed)

4 tbsp ground turmeric

3 tbsp oil

4 tsp finely chopped garlic

4 tsp finely grinded ginger

2 tsp red chili powder

Directions:

Melt the ghee in a large pan. Add in the cumin seeds, salt, onions, and water. Gently cook the onions on low heat for about an hour. Stir the pan occasionally, and the onions should be visible when finished. Take away the cover and cook over an average heat until the onions have turn out to be caramelized and the sauce rolls a brownish color. Mix the tomato puree and water, in addition to the turmeric. Gently heat the oil in the pan. Just the once heated, add finely chopped garlic and finely grinded ginger and fry them over a medium heat. Mix constantly, add garlic & ginger to the sauce.

Now, your curry sauce dish is ready and you can add pumpkin flavoring to it in order to make it more delicious. This is an easy recipe and fairly reasonably priced.
