- 2 teaspoon butter

- 3–4 potatoes, peeled & sliced thinly
How to cook Pommes Gratin?
- First of all, In a frying pan, add 2 tsp butter with one cup cream.
- Next, add thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let the cream reduce a little.
- After this, add the sliced potatoes and 3 Tbsp cheese. Let the cream reduce more. (Reduce till thick & coats the potatoes utterly).
- Shift the creamy potatoes in a ramekin and top with the cheese & butter.
- Bake till the cheese melts and turn out to be golden brown.
