11. Ensure a living wage for full time drivers. Full time drivers do 48% of uber driving according to uber’s own statistics. In New York it is even higher. With countless income cuts, (six income cuts in LA alone) full time drivers often struggle to make a living. It makes zero sense that a company that has raised $15 billion dollars can’t work with their full time drivers to provide basic job security, benefits and a living wage.
