Travis and Ryan need to stop for a second and think of the actual workers that power your company, and who will probably do so for another 9 years or so.

If you paid an honest wage this wouldn’t even be an issue. But with the constant income cuts these drivers need this extra money.

$75 a week more might not mean much to you, but it does to them.

Did you know that Lyft passengers have given out $85 million in tips. That is amazing. The drivers really really appreciate that.

So think a bit deeper about this.

Consider adding a tip option to your app. Or even better, simply pay your drivers a living wage.

UPDATE: oh and btw, all that nonsense about tips being racist is one of your most illogical arguments yet. If you added a tipping option like Lyft, I bet drivers of all races would receive an extra $180 million dollars in tips. That money could really help out the hard working drivers that work for you guys. Please consider it.
