So Nattokinase Supplements Need to be Taken on an Empty Stomach or can it be Taken with Food?
First of all, I don’t have full authority to speak on how to take Nattokinase, a fermented soybean. Because I’m not a believer and I don’t take fermented foods or probiotic pill for healthy gut flora and they are extremely marketed that way as if the only source for good digestion.
The best source for healthy gut flora are water, organic uncooked fresh fruits and vegetables. Green leafy vegetables salad or juice are the best because they are alkaline.
Another term for “fermented” is “decayed”,
When you eat something that is decayed, it releases substances that converted into alcohol and acid that creates harmful gases to our body.
But if ever you take it,
- I think it’s best to drink water 20–30 minutes before you take Nattokinase to balance the acid content of the stomach. And take it alone.
- Or eat it with fresh green leafy vegetables to help with digestion.
