Would love to see a post about this. It seems to be the most important part of this post, but I’ve found that not only are startup interviews often a bit of a mess but that they’re particularly bad at uncovering something as mushy as whether a person holds the company values. And often before that, companies often struggle to conceptualize and then verbalize what their values actually are.
