Actually, this is a model that I’m really intrigued by in a way. I know that Stephen Anderson had a really interesting model before he fell into his current full-time CXO role. He would work on retainer with single startups to help them in many of the same ways that I’m proposing in my post with a closed set of available hours. It was a combination of organization adviser, practice lead and team developer. Those 3 things are what I’m really trying to push as my triple play of value.

I’m talking to two different orgs that might be interested in some hybrid of the above scenario. As you can imagine it is a long sell. Wish me luck!
