I’m well aware of cognitive studies showing minor differences in larger populations. What you seem to miss is that when selecting individuals from those populations you can get wide variations both ways. That is, best not generalize from those large samples down to particular individuals. That’s just one of the problems with the original document.
Further that is the exact same argument used to discriminate against PoC. “Blacks just have a lower IQ than whites” etc etc. We’ve seen this kind of thinking over and over again. There was nothing new in the original document.
