Broken down into 4 parts, the goal of this is to determine their communication ability, technical knowledge and motivations. It has been standardized but should be adapted to specific roles.

The Person

  1. Tell me about yourself and your work history previous to this application?
  2. Describe your strengths in a few words.
  3. What do you see as most important at your job?
  4. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 1 year?
  5. Why are you good at your job?
  6. What are your weaknesses? What is difficult about your job?
  7. What is your relationship with the team?
  8. Who would you recommend to promote besides yourself?

Knowledge

  1. Why do you want to work in this sector?
  2. What is your knowledge of data handling procedures?
  3. Can you define sensitive data?
  4. What is DPO?
  5. What is the difference between onshore and offshore teams?
  6. Why do companies want to do data processing and handling work in kenya?
  7. How does Kenya compare to India and the Philippines in this sector?
  8. What computer skills do you have?

Incentives

  1. What type of work best suits you? Sales, IT support, analysis, management ect.
  2. Describe you experience at this job to date?
  3. Are you comfortable working night shifts?
  4. How can the job be made better?
  5. What is tough about your job?
  6. What are your career growth and salary expectations?
  7. What incentives would motivate you to perform better?

Process (for auditing current workers or testing trainees)
