5 top tips for a great start to 2018
Happy New year 2018 — A New beginning
Thank-you for following Infinity pro coach. You guys are all awesome! I can’t believe it’s New Year’s day already.
I hope you have all had brilliant Christmas holiday’s, and I have enjoyed reading all your blog posts over the festive season.
I want to share with you some tips to get 2018 off to a great start. I know these tips will definitely help you.
#1 An attitude of gratitude
Gratitude is about having an appreciation for the beauty of what is happening in the present moment. Gratitude always happens now, in this moment. Recognise the beauty in what you already have. Look all around, pause and look for 5 things you are truly greatful for.
#2 Cultivate a mindset of abundance
Shift the way you think from not being good enough, to having certainty that you are already perfect just the way you are. This is a mindset of abundance where you are more receptive to new and exciting opportunities.
When you practice gratitude regularly, you open your mind up to new possibilities. This is what creates a shift from the poverty mindset to an abundant mindset. Learn to be greatful for the qualities that you already have. This is also an example of having an attitude of gratitude.
#3 Understand that fear is just an illusion
Fear is just ‘false emotion appearing real’. Never let fear influence your decision making, especially when it comes to your goals in 2018.
#4 Do things you enjoy
You can’t be productive all the time, so remember to do things that you enjoy. Whether it’s listening to your favourite podcast or taking the dog for a long walk in the sunshine, it will help soothe your mind, body and spirit.
#5 Build momentum
Read how to build momentum in the moment to overcome procrastination and actually enjoy achieving your goals.
