You have to actually make a decision. If you try to be everywhere, you’ll end up nowhere. If you try to be everyone, you’ll end up no one.
I’ve been thinking about the way people ask for help, and how clear it is that when they don’t know what they’re asking for, they won’t know if they’ve heard the right answer.
“BUT IT’S MY PASSION!” isn’t a compelling argument for money to change hands. Nobody cares what you like. No matter how many times you tweet about it.
