I can see how you’d make the connection from my click bait headline. However, an alarming number of startups I see have more interns than anything else – and I don’t buy it. Scratching the surface I see time and again the root cause is a limiting belief. I wouldn’t get too hung up on the wording.
Plus, with respect to the writer of the other article, all the great leaders swear by hiring great people. For one skully, there are thousands of counter examples. The moral isn’t don’t hire good people, it’s that everyone makes mistakes sometimes. IMO of course.
