This is 90% of the internet. Television had 8 minutes of commercials and 22 minutes of the “show”.
But the divisions between “show” and “commercials” were solid. Hence they the critique of “product placement” existed.
Now, the lines between content/ad-copy have been blurred so heavily.
To this day I advise people to read as little as possible from the internet. And I myself try to do the same.
