I agree with a lot of what has been said here, both in the article and in the comments. The important thing for me (and my customers) is to make sure there is a clear plan to get from an initial launch (which may not provide all of the value that users are looking for, but which allows us to learn as well as hit target implementation dates and business goals) to a Maximum Value Product.
