Bootstrap sort of has a CSS reset built in. For example with a <button>, when you use their “.btn” class, that resets/normalises all the button styles so the result will look the same in all browsers. And in fact the result will look the same for an <a> tag as well.

But if you just use a <button> without that class then no, it’s not reset.
