I test on:

  • MacBook (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Windows 10 PC (IE11, Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Android phone (Chrome)

I test iOS by using ‘simulator’ on macOS for iPhone 5, 6, 7 Plus.

I test a bunch of different slower/older devices using browserstack — about $30 a month — where you can even test stuff running on localhost. Browserstack is quite laggy so I don’t spend all day in here.

I connect my Android to Chrome where I can connect to it in the DevTools and record timelines, monitor CPU, memory etc as well as throttle the CPU/network.

I might do a full post about all this in detail…
