Well it’s your lucky day, friend, because I have an awesome pro-tip for you.

If you’re a Windows user, you can change the size of all text at once.

On macOS you can scale the whole OS like this:

If you’re on a Chromebook, then right next to where you set default text size, you can set default zoom:

Now rather than being able to read 10% of the internet, you’ll be able to read all of it! And, you’ll be able to read things outside of the internet too.
