Nothing can be done anywhere in the country until this superman arrives. His name is Generali Paulo Kagame, son of Deogratius and Austeria Rutagambwa, born in Rwanda’s Southern Province. Her name is simply Nyiramandwa. She, too, is from Rwanda’s Southern Province. Kagame and Nyiramandwa meet whenever Kagame visits their beloved home province — which has happened three times since 2010. Kagame once gave Nyiramandwa two 🐄 🐂. Unfortunately one 🐄 died. The remaining 🐂 can’t produce milk. Kagame has now promised Nyiramandwa another 🐃 that will produce milk. Kagame and Nyiramandwa will live happily ever after. This is a truly Rwandan charming story that shows how dependable and effective Generali Paulo is and the love he has for people of Rwanda. No wonder only 10 people out of 12 million Rwandans were opposed to Generali Paulo’s life presidency. Rwandans just love their Paulo.😂
