In my opinion, it is a huge cultural issue in this company as well. Having obvious issues and conflicts that are not being resolved in proper manner and in time is fatal. I wouldn’t want to work where the team can not properly address the issues with Rick — and Rick can not address the obvious issues he had working over time. Sounds like a lot of intransparency on top of a lack of leadership.
