Excellent advice and thanks Keenan, so many facets to movement/health/strength that I never considered. Sounds like time to implement a standing desk that raises (default position could be sitting/standing) itself every 20 to 30 min but requires that you perform some kind of movement to raise/lower it up/down again. This tied in with the max 90 min rule that you need to take breaks after 90 min of intense focused mental work anyways. That way the behaviour/habit is natural and expected.
