You guys have so much moved ahead withHR in the last year, its superb and we are more then glad to have jumped on ! With respect to the design: You still have a different design for example for contact filtering (the “flash” round element) then for task filtering (text link). IN these areas I much prefer the “text link” style of elements then the icons, but that’s personal. I think its part of HR dna to keep things very clean.
