Discrimination, of all sorts, should entirely be allowed in all circumstances. If the discrimination is harmful, the one who doesn’t hire these workers is harmed. If it is not, we harm ourselves by banning it.

To put in more detail… If I refuse to hire a good worker because I want to discriminate, I must hire an inferior one, for more money. I lose. I am not going to discriminate unless there is good reason to do so. And when we ban discrimination, we just have additional rules and regulations we must follow, which means we have to pay more for less benefit.

Abolishing all anti-discrimination laws is a fine idea.
