Mechanical attempts to disprove Shakespeare’s authorship are far from new, dating back at least a century. So far, they have merely produced additional candidates, mostly even less reasonable.
But the big problem with any mechanical effort is that “Shakespeare was such a thorogoing plagerist that he frequently stole from himself.” Any resemblance between Shakespeare and any author of his time or earlier may simply be the result of Shakespeare copying the earlier work, possibly word for word. We have found a huge number of “sources” for Shakespeare [some of which are known only by title, and other vague hints] and while it is unlikely, Shakespeare might not have written an original word in his life.
An AI can produce some interesting facts, but it can’t prove Shakespeare was not Shakespeare.
