Having control and being in control
In every situation of our life we are either having control or being controlled

But how can we do it in the right way?
The first thing is how can we be easy people to control? (I mean in the work environment not in life)
Immagine the situation were we are working with someone that doesn’t listen to us at all, he does what he wants and doesn’t listen to our instruction… This is a person that we have no control on but how can we be people easy to control?
Well in theory it’s easy but not always, often we end up going against the command that they give us because we know better or because we think it’s not the right one, although I am not talking about not thinking with our head and know how to take the initiative it’s necessary to know how to be a person that can perform a command or a “order” if we like to use a military slang.
To do so , we need to verify to have really understood what they are asking us, we shouldn’t have any doubt about it, and just do it!
For having control, without getting in to the specific topic of good control, we need to be able to give a command, and we need to be sure that that command or “order” got done, the important thing, it’s that that command got done, so we need to control and verify that it gets done.
Those are the basics of control!
