Dr. Wayne Dyer, in one of its many books, always said “wherever you are, there you are”. Meaning that you should not beat yourself up about what’s missing but what you are really missing — the “now” part. Wherever we are, whenever that is, unless you are in the “now” you are not “here”. We train our minds to work, work, work, think, think, think. We miss yesterday and wonder what we did wrong and what we should have done. We think about what we need to do tomorrow, next week, next month, next year. All of this is happening “now”. Breathe the air “now”, click the mouse button “now”, smile “now”. It’s taken me some time to learn this and hope you soon find yourself “now”. Thank you for sharing part of your life.
