I’m a musician and I’ve learned exactly the same: “practice you’re playing a concert in an arena with 40k people” – having this mindset made my practice much more efficient.

Even for gigs – treat every gig like the most important gig of your life, no matter if there’s 10 or 100 or 1000 people in the audience. You never know who’s watching
