Unfortunately, there are people who will work only as hard as they must. And there are people who find that there are always other things at home that demand their attention. What tools or metrics do you use to determine which employees are really giving you full-time work and which ones are following the “forty minutes for the company, twenty minutes for me” rule while expecting to be paid for the whole hour?
