Vaping: August 8, 2016 is getting closer

For those that don’t know or care, vaping will stop all new items forever on August 8, until the FDA has “Vetted” all vaping Mods, juice, batteries and coils.

Since online which is what I deal with, are mostly smaller Companies, I doubt if most have the three hundred and fifty thousand just to test their items. Each item requires that fee, so I have been told.

The fee is not a guarantee that it will pass. Here is what I don’t understand: once that August 8th goes into affect, how will anyone be able to stop what will happen 2 years from then: All items must be removed from the market until tested and FDA agrees it can come back to the market?

Many vaping people think you can let the 1st one go… and stop the 2nd one 2 years later.

Even though inside I am sad about having no new items, there have been so many items over my 7 vaping years, and I have bought most, that it will give me a financial break.

The other part, or should I say the “Addictive” part of me is very sad that I won’t have new items to buy. How crazy is that. I cannot be trusted with new items as I will buy them all. Some are bad like Uwell Crown II, the worst flavor in the Vaping World… and some, like the Ceravape, a ceramic coil, it one of the best atomizers I own.

What I think is that in the next 2 years, everyone will stock up for the end and hope that the sky does not fall down on vaping.

And, the most funny or sad thing is: Cigarettes go untouched. They can sell those Kill Sticks as long as they want. Also, they can remove as much of the nicotine as they want so that you buy 2 packs instead of 1. A guaranteed killer of humans gets to stay forever and the thing that puts an end to smoking… 2 more years only. It only makes sense when you understand how unfair the FDA really is and how much Big Tobacco Lobby and the Nicotine Patch, Gum, Chantix, etc… have billions of dollars and are going to be here.

If this goes into affect, I project a “Black Vaping Market” as China is already shipping from Germany and other Countries so as not to give away what is in the Parcel. Oy, for me, not a problem. For all new vaping folk, I guess they will have to “Hope” that one of the agents trying to stop the whole thing from happening works. I just know that when Davey boy gets into something that is lifesaving and wonderful, it is taken away… Historically. Let’s hope the way it typically goes has so much weight on the other side, that the FDA is not allowed to take it away… but if it happens in less than 2 weeks that there will be no new items, I just cannot see how the rest in 2 years does not follow.
