Bush ever dreamed of. All we get from our political/military leadership anymore is tactics. Obama’s tactic is to sneak more and more troops into Iraq until we have so many behind the Iraqi ‘Army’ they can no longer retreat. But to what end? Making us safe from ISIS is not strategy.
