Sex Drive and Fitness
Are They Soulmates?
More variety — Sex is a physical activity. At least it should be! When you condition your body to handle strength and endurance workouts you will be more able to vary the types of positions you might not have been able to previously do.
Better Performance — What is that saying?? If it lasts 4 or more hours contact your doctor.. Sex doesn’t have to be marathon long. But, if you want to keep up the pace and not pucker out. Get your daily workouts in!
Confidence — I look good!! When you believe this, it shows. When you feel sexy you will attain better orgasms because you are more relaxed. Simply feeling comfortable naked in front of your partner will lead to more satisfying sex!
Blood Flow — Not that kind! Well maybe that kind too. When you get your blood flowing by increasing your heart rate. All sorts of good things happen. From increasing endorphins and feel good hormones to increased testosterone and adrenaline in your system. What does all of that mean? More urge, more frequent erections and heightened sexual arousal! Who doesn’t want that?!
Less Depression — It is scientifically proven that working out helps alleviate depression symptoms. When you feel less depressed you naturally feel better, are more outgoing, have more energy, you are more social and engaging and want to share those positive feelings with your partner.
Larger Social Circle — As you workout and become more confident. You will meet people who you have some similar interests! Working out in a group environment forces you to meet new people and with new people comes more opportunity to meet that special person you are will to share your new found body with!
At the end of the day. Fitness has many benefits! Before trying the age old adage of taking “a pill” to solve your worries. Try working out! Give yourself a few months and watch the changes happen before your eyes. I challenge you to have a better sex life! And you will see that.. Sex Drive and Fitness Truly are Soulmates!
