To all who thinks this is BS, the clinic had hired temp replacements and by the nurses moving the strike back 4 hours, the clinic had to pay the nurses AND temps for 4 hours each. The pay of the nurses should not had to be paid if they did not move the strike back 4 hours. They said to take care of the patients. Well, the clinic had hired temps to take care of the patients.Sense the nurses work for 4 hours, the temps got paid for setting on their back side. Yes the nurses should had been fired. They cause a hard ship for the clinic.
