Is Your Content On-Demand Right Now?
Every time I start writing I think to myself: how is this relevant?
Will the reader benefit from reading about my experiences?
Should I come up with ways to make my content simpler? What do people actually want to read about?
You can probably do some research on what is trending at the moment and talk about that. There are many ways you can tailor your content so it reaches a particular audience.
“What if I Don’t Care About Tailoring Content?”
If you are anything like me, you probably don’t care about that. Your content is simply inspired. It comes through you. It’s a feeling, an experience, and you just need a platform like Medium to put it out there.
And to me, that is the beauty of this platform. You can be as professional as you would like with your content, or you can simply be yourself.
I personally try to go for a combination of both.
Writing is how I process the many things I observe in my reality. I may not be the best at it — heck, I wish I was more straightforward sometimes— but it is how I translate what is in my heart into the world.
It is something that gives me a sense of fulfillment. And I wish everyone would give it a try. But how many out there are afraid of expressing their voices? How many fear rejection or retaliation?
Deep down, we all have something to share. And all it takes is simply silencing our minds to the point where you can carry your love outside of yourself and right into the keyboard!
We all have something to offer. Today, I’m offering erm… inspiration, I guess.
