Stop saying “Um”, “I think”, “I feel” and “So” — all of these phrases weaken your statement and make you sound less confident. Removing these words from your speech is difficult but very rewarding.

Good stuff! Little pushback on this: I understand the importance of showing confidence but I THINK we all need to show a little more humility about what we know and what we don’t know. Stating everything as fact is a logical fallacy. One way to solve this is to give reasons for your argument: “Based on [data XYZ] and my experience/intuition, this new flow will provide a better experience for people.” This correlates with #51.
