On my own, I changed my diet radically, recently, following a series of books I read on high pH value food. The food we normally eat is very acidic. The food which is recommended to eat, is more alcalic and we need more alcalic food, with essential oils and nutrients. I changed my diet on a permanent basis on 31st of May this year, and have maintained it now for 6+ weeks, with tremendous results; I have lost 6 kgs, and still continuing; I have gained crystal clear clarity of mind and flexibility of joints, muscles and revitalizing of my skin. I feel good, completely powered up, energized and rejuvenated from that thing alone. I will now add exercise as I am now almost at my ideal weight again, within the normative BMI, so any running, biking etc will be adding to muscle power, and not smashing joints.
