Matches my 1-person organization chart 😀.

I’d called it: development (product), growth (customer), administration (company).

Since I’m alone, it’s neat, and on-demand. I do the three in parallel, but there’s inevitably a dominating theme over periods of weeks, with stints here and there.

So yeah, it’s been nagging me how I would scale this.

What worries me is that at a small scale these activities may not easily run in parallel: I have to flesh out some product before really being able to (re)-approach customers. Maybe this gets better as a company scales.

Idk, but I’ll brain-bookmark this post for when this question matters.
