show me one single study where subjects did not lose weight when calorie intake was greatly reduced (in a controlled environment where actual calorie consumption was monitored and measured — ie a real study and not a survey where calorie intake was self reported)?

Not interested in whether or not they kept the weight off long term or what happened to them afterward, just want you to prove your incredible and ridiculous claims with one study which shows people will not lose weight by calorie restriction???????

You are obviously talking complete nonsense, if calorie restriction did not cause weight loss, then concentration camp inmates would remain nice and plump, instead of wasting away due to insufficient calories. In fact, with your “science”, starving to death must be impossible, as you cannot lose weight through calorie restriction, that's just a myth apparently:-)

Your claim that “ every single study of reducing calorie intake shows no benefit in weight loss” — is ridiculous, a brief search will show countless examples.

You conclude your ridiculous article by asking for evidence that cutting calories causes weight loss —just check out pictures of Belsen or Auschwitz inmates to see what severe calorie restriction does to the body. I guarantee that calorie restriction caused huge weight loss in every single case.
