For the past 15 years it has made no sense for me to be in the office at all. The wasting of 10 hours of my time per week is something I’m no longer willing to tolerate. It seems absurd to me that companies want nearby employees. Wouldn’t it be better to have worldwide employees? If your corporate culture is defined by people being in the same room together, your company has got some serious problems.
