Yup, that’s how bad it is. It’s not just that a crime has been committed, it’s that Rape Culture dictates that women remain silent, even pretend to acquiesce, when victims of crimes. I know it may seem extreme, but I truly believe there’s an urgent need to identify this sort of behavior as criminal, to teach our young women they should call it for what it is — assault — at the first occurrence, and teach men to expect to be ‘called out’ for criminal behaviour. Instead, what we have is women so brainwashed that they feel compelled to go along with unacceptable behavior, they become not only part of Rape Culture, they are a fundamental component of its functioning.

It seems to me that what would be a good place to start would be to publicly denounce Trump not only as a ‘sleaze’, but as a criminal. Prosecution, or at least a formal investigation, might be a good place to start.
