Writing Daily…or not

Writing every day is what most folks say help to make you a writer. Folks except Cheryl Strayed. She says if that’s what makes a writer, then she’s not one. Cheryl just has four published books and two in the works. Only she doesn’t write daily. She is a binge writer.
I’ve been working on writing 100 words a day for a few weeks now. I like that 100 words is doable. I also like that Cheryl gave me permission to feel ok about NOT writing every day. Some days, it’s just not there. This was one of them.
