In hindsight, I do agree with you that the last example was totally terrible. I think I tried too hard to convince myself that “all for-loops could be re-written” but at the same time lost the explicitness for-loops give. So thanks for your comment! I really need to revise this article so it doesn’t give people the wrong ideas.
