Jarrod I currently exercise 3 times a day every day after my relationship ended.
Since then I have been experiencing a tremendous level of anxiety that just won’t go away no matter how much I exercise.
It does fade right after training but it keeps coming back.
I exactly feel what you had described like a physical pressure around the chest just above the gut.
But that never goes with exercising. I do HIIT training, Swim, and run but anxiety keeps chasing me back.
Not sure until when it should last but hoping kit too long.
