Love how you simplify such mood swings.
It takes me a lot of energy to get out of a bad one but incorporating your idea of thinking “a good one is just around the corner” will accompany my line of thought from now on.
After studying a bit of psychology, I have come to train my mind to think of the happy emotions in my life that have gone subtly due to brain stagnation.
Things like Gratitude, health, being aware of the love of those around me should be trained to surface a lot more to the front line of our everyday thoughts so that they suppress their counterparts.
