Cairo sky 6am

Yesterday morning I went for a swim 🏊 . A long one. 2km. Yes to me that’s long. Mr. Phelps you may save that smirk for later.

In the afternoon, I went for a run 🏃 A 5k of speed intervals.

My heart was so anxious and I could hear every beat as if pulsating right in front of me.

I had late lunch then went to buy some Prickley Pear.

In the evening I lied on the couch with bad anxiety, when I said “get out the house now”

I put my sexy running outfit on and drove to the club.

There I met a funny relative who made me smile.

While running, a fellow runner asked, would you like to run together?

It turned out he’s a friend of someone I met who’s a member of The Trifactory.

Because I took an action while I was feeling at rock bottom lying on the couch earlier with tremendous anxiety.

I made a friend, I laughed, I had a good time and went to bed with a smile and a weary set of chicken legs 🐓

my name is sherif and it’s Friday 😉 ☀️
