Nketiah started is career with Chelsea at age 9 but was released in 2015 at the under-14 level cause he was “too small” according to Chelsea. He has also bagged international caps for England at the U18 and U19 levels scoring 7 goals in 4 appearances, which includes a hat-trick against the Qatar U19 side as England won 4–0. Nketiah has proven to be a prolific goal scorer and pacey forward who can stretch opposition defenses open and create chances.

Arsène Wenger has already shown faith in the youngster after including him in the senior side’s pre-season trip to Australia and China. Nketiah has also appeared in the gunners Europa League match against BATE Borisov which he came on as a substitute for Joe Willock as the gunners won 4–2.
