I too am banned from AirBnB for no reason. No bad reviews, no TOS infractions, no negative ratings… I just checked my inbox one day and found the same email. Always thought it was just me. Sad part is, I spend 5 figures on travel accommodations a year. I stick with hotels and vacation rentals now. The situation taught me that it’s worth it to pay more to have access to REAL people for customer support, especially when you’re on the road.
