I’d propose modifying it further: ““Instagram DM (Direct Message) is the single biggest engagement tactic for emerging brands and products looking to connect with visual creators and consumers for advice, content, insight and promotion this decade, until Instagram users receive more than 5 of these pitches within a week, at which point they will turn off all notifications and ignore DMs there entirely, because what mother-loving person wants to have this many conversations with brands in a space where they’re having private, one-to-one or one-to-few conversations with their closest friends.
