If that was a visionary I guess I missed the vision. Honestly you’re a revolutionist. You have no constructive ideas for America or the Democratic party and can only recommend extreme dissidence. I am not sure what a Democrat is anymore perhaps you can enlighten me. It seems to me the extremist base of both parties is what the candidates have to appease. The Dems gave it up with Sanders who of course was extreme according to any standards of establishment politics. The only viable candidates who were anti politcial establishment were Sanders and Trump. Yes Sanders pandered to some corporate interests such as pharma and as you say Trump is a business billionaire but each of their platforms were so anti political establishment that the existing establishment forces in each party stopped at nothing to dislodge them. Now if you assume they were both lying about everything they said, then you have a point.

I disagree with some of your conclusion about why Trump won. This Russian narrative is BS. Wikileaks exposed the corruption within the Democratic party. Thats it. The rest is fantasy and speculation. I think the idea that sexism swayed the election is some sort of self indulgent projection. The FBI announcement was weird I agree. But the Deep State leaks against Trump are weird also. Who knows wtf is going on with the Deep State spooks. I think Trumps policies, which he seems intent on keeping, were exactly in line with what his constituency wanted. Regarding Syria, I agree that Russia would like to have a foothold there just like they would like to expand their influence in many places. This harkens back to the cold war and the Vietnam war to prevent the spread of communism. But it’s a stretch to believe that Podesta’s idiocy of replying to a spam email was this huge Russian conspiracy that won the Presidency for Trump. Did Putin secretly control Comey? Is it so hard to admit that the majority of middle America preferred Trump over Hilary because they didn’t think Hilary had a vision for America and that they were sick of poltics as usual and they believed that Trump meant what he said and would work to restore an economic Nationalism. And if so, what is the Democrats vision? What is the Democrat platform? What is the Democrat’s policy in comparison? What Dem policies can convince voters that they have a better idea? I have not heard any clear ideas? Is it just to disrupt everything they can? OK, But maybe there should also be a vision. Please tell me what it is because I don’t see one. I guess Hilary started the platform which was “don’t vote for Trump he is an obvious idiot” and that has been the extent of the Democratic platform ever scince, completely stuck. I could put forth a platform myself but you would just say it was centrist and worthless. So what is the radical platform that is going to propel Democrats into office? We love illegal immigrant criminals? We want open restrooms? We think Trump is an idiot? We won’t let anyone speak that has a different idea? We have trained our children to hate Trump and Republicans? All middle working class blue collar workers in mid America are stupid ignorant and worthless? Anyone who voted for Trump is a despicable idiot moron? Vote for us?
