I know that part of Weiden + Kennedy in Portland were experimenting with sprints — I talked to them about it. The hard part many ad groups face is what to measure. If you’re designing a ‘micro-site’ the measurable success might just be eyeballs. Sprints are much more effective for more measurable and nuanced objectives. Sorry, I know this is a bit of a vague answer.
