gotta run to my next meeting, folks — this will be mercifully short

If the price for fewer meetings in the corporate enterprise is more silos — I’ll take silos any day of the week.

Besides, why don’t we let people make decisions instead of “committeeing” every decision…and solve the communication issue without all these damn meetings that you folks are having every day?

Some meetings are really valuable, but some of you are spending 70% of your work life in (largely) mindless meetings that do not have to happen.

Or do not have to include you.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
