Hundreds Attend a Homeless Army Vet’s funeral
Eton Gilmore was a homeless Vietnam veteran who recieved the Purple Heart award for his time of service. The 67-year-old passed away Jan. 20 and his funeral took place on Thursday in Kansas. A number of 200 attendees, some of those who traveled from around the nation attended the lonley man’s funeral to pay respect to an American hero.
Sloth Flies First-Class In Private Jet to Pittsburg’s National Aviary
A three-month-old, Linnaeus sloth, weighing only two pounds enjoyed a flight in a private jet to Pittsburg on Tuesday. The sloth was treated like a celebrity as he flew first-class, recieved a complementary meal and even got a tour of the cockpit. The sloth will now enjoy life in his new home at the National Aviary where visitors will be able to come pet and feed him.
Passengers Describe Cruise As A Nightmare
Passengers rushed to get off of the Royal Caribbean luxury liner after what was supposed to be a luxury became a nightmare of a ride. The ship was out at sea during a storm consisting of 30-foot seas and 75 mph wind. Four passengers were slightly injured and the boat experienced several areas of damage.
